Normally Washingtonians, I'm told, have a cooler air about them, to match the temperateness of the Northwest. But come summer everyone warms up a bit - matching the rising barometer. People who would normally hunker in with their coffee are now eager to make invitations to get outside together.

It's not just about getting out in nature, it's also about being more social.

I grew up in various South American nations where the warmth of the climate was definitely reflected in the cultural warmth. Interesting parallels.

Browsing through my pictures I found the above image and it brought a smile to my face. I'm on the left, and the other two are a wonderful couple with about 30 years in between them.

They are both very attractive men. Interesting how the butt sometimes wears! Note to self: watch that hinny.

Nature is supernatural to many of us, so unaccustomed we are to it.

Funny: at times a new friend will camp or hike with us, and comment, for example, on how many bugs there are. Yes, it's a part of the great wild outdoors.

Yup, insects are a part of nature. As well as temperature extremes, unexpected changes in rain, sun, and wind patterns, scratchy leaves, and tiredness from hiking, sweating, finding a place to relieve yourself. It's a rude shock sometimes to people not used to these un-cushioned ways.

But along with all that also comes the awe-inspiring vistas, the serene grounding effect, the energy moving everywhere, the camaraderie, the opportunity to take a risk, feel wild, adapt, take it in.

There's an opportunity to accept everything as it is.

We searched for the beautiful spot that we'd found last year by the lake. Fortunately it was easy to find. The sun was shining and clothes came off quickly - it being a secluded spot.

The mask I saw at a local store and just had to get it. Three of them in fact. I'll be going to Burning Man this year again and they should make for some fun pictures with the guys out there.

I thought also if a guy doesn't want to show his face, but likes being naked, and pictured, here's the perfect solution :). And people often act a bit different imbued with the energy of a mask. More fun sometimes.

10 penises

Penises are so different yet so alike. Many people are intent on comparing sizes. The flaccid penis, to me, is one of the most unglorious organs - verging on ugly. Don't get me wrong, I still look. The erect cock on the other hand inspires all sorts of visceral movings and desires in me.

A few months ago I began requesting of friends to allow me to photograph their penis, especially if we were already naked outside or inside. I take plenty of other photographs, why not do that taboo thing and go right for what many of us look at anyway? Maybe I'll follow up with another post of erect cocks, butts, etc.

talkative socialite camper - always takes great pictures, pretty photogenic. He puts people at ease and can talk about anything, is one of those guys that is the social glue of the gathering. Love the happy trail. He outshines us flaccid.

water lover prepared enthusiast - comes with all the various camping equipment ready. He loves it whether it's raining, sunny, underwater, but especially likes laying out in the sun. Just met him last summer and hope to do more outdoors as the weather warms up. The cold water does shrinkage to us all, but you should see this guy in action :).

photo artist accomplished sensualist - one of the sexiest guys I've met, happened quite coincidentally. He has a million photography ideas, and "dances" well with others' ideas as well. Ever met anyone that just exudes potency?

energetic wanderlust runner - amazed with his appetite for life and all things coming from the senses. The underside of the penis has so much variety of coloration, skin, hair. Perhaps one of the most vulnerable/intimate areas of the body.



singing camper - unfortunately this was the only uncircumcised guy I've shot recently, and not even a very good shot of his great penis. Fun campout though, and still revealing photo!

first-time trekker - a farily quiet guy, though at ease, and watch out for his surprising skills in other arenas! Different trim jobs. I find that a decent trim job can almost go unnoticed, and accentuate the goods.

In addition to length, other characteristics are testicles and drop, circumcision specifics, hair-trimming or manscaping - if any, hair patterns, surrounding body fat content, thigh hair and muscularity, abdominal toneness, vein patterns, curvature (most guys lean slightly to one side), etc.

I think that how many European countries handle nudity is wonderful. They do not restrict it in certain places, like beaches. There is a place for it. Families included. Many young people wonder incessantly if they are "normal," and this provides a perfect place to see what is out there naturally. The internet provides also a medium to see what's out there, but it can be filtered in artificial ways. Viewing an average spectrum of  society is enlightening. Obviously my sampling here is more specific: gay outdoors avdenturists.

Hot springs in the winter are a great experience. The temperatures are cold outside, but then you get into hot or warm water. Ohhhhhh, it feels good. And hanging out naked with buds isn't too shabby either.

I'm still figuring out my camera, and had it on some wrong settings. The quality isn't good, but the subject matter is still fun. One big camera setting mistake not to be made again!

This post is a long time in coming, I'm finally getting around to it. It's been one I've intended to do for a while. With winter here, there's a little more time. I wanted to highlight some pictures we took this summer showing off a new friend's favorite sex position: push-ups. I'll focus in this post primarily on the guy with the obvious top energy. My other friend, longtime brother-friend flirt, appears in many of my posts.

I don't show faces of those of us who aren't yet ready. In the future I'll be posting more of my own face and videos, once I have more independent employment and income, for the meantime this is a good compromise I think. :) 

It's funny because my new friend could go by several names. He could be sexy construction pounder, or skilled outdoors go-getter, push-ups master with the guys, depending on what characteristic was desired emphasized. The descriptive "names" are best generally flattering, knowing that often the recipient will be reading about themselves, and, I hope, smiling.

My friend could also be: ready nature nudist, sparky nude sun-bather, man's-man no bullshit sweetie, playful randy nature lover.

Favorite positions change with time and mood. What was once our preferred way might morph or become boring, only to be re-discovered later. That's one of the great things about sex and intimacy: exploring. It's one of the places where we can be playful, discover, be intimate, alive.

Some of the nicest photos come from natural poses. Better said, not posed at all, and people just doing things they would do naturally. Here nature nudist sun-bather was just relaxing while I fiddled with my camera, doing one of the things he loves: soaking up the sun on bare skin. It made a great shot. So un-posed is often a winner.

Another random thing I learned is that odds and ends items get left in pictures, sometimes spoiling a picture. Like shoes, a water bottle, a backpack. Then I have to crop them out. Or they ruin an beautiful mountain water sunset. There's so much to capture as a photographer, and I get so drawn into the bodies, that I sometimes don't see the "clutter" in the pictures until I'm at home looking on my computer at the pictures. And assistant would be useful, another set of eyes to catch things that could be manipulated.

One of the sexiest things for me is seeing men embrace, and watching their hands. Hands tell alot about what is going on, the energy that's flowing. Kindness and love mixed with lust is such a potent combo!

I had to include one more push-ups picture. The closed fists, possibly missed in viewing, for a look at the cock, nonetheless imply power and strength from the periphery. Virility. Something we're all attracted to.

And finally a magical almost-sunset picture. I love the two heads together. There's passion and frenzy, but there's also awareness of eachother and sweet intimacy.

The world is a better place for moments like these.
